Before switching completely to minimalist footwear nearly a year ago and running daily in homemade 4mm-thick huaraches, I was a fan of Teva sandals. Now just the thought of stomping around in those thickly soled sandals makes my feet ache. Fortunately, Teva is coming around and meeting me somewhere in the middle with their release of the Teva Zilch sandals. While I love my huaraches, I'm still willing to experiment so I purchased a pair of Zilch sandals to see how they perform as running sandals.

Air Jordan Retro III (3) Black Cement Nubuck Upper 2011 Sample

There has been talk across the Net of the possibility of this November's Black/Cement Air Jordan Retro III featuring a Black nubuck upper instead of the traditional and OG Black leather upper. While most of this speculation has been just talk, we finally have our first look at a sample of the Black/Cement Air Jordan Retro III with a Black nubuck upper thanks to Wizdomlakers. At this point, I can't confirm or deny that this will actually happen but I can confirm, as evidenced through this pic, that Jordan Brand has made samples with the Black nubuck upper. Only time will tell if those samples do in fact become the retail release.
